Chesterfield, Virginia, July 26, 2023 — Marcea Marsh with Nicole Reed Real Estate & Associates has earned the nationally recognized Seniors Real Estate Specialist® designation from the SRES® Council of the National Association of REALTORS®.
This designation is awarded to real estate professionals who have demonstrated the knowledge and expertise to counsel clients aged 50+ through major financial and lifestyle transitions in relocating, refinancing, or selling the family home.

Born in Staten Island, New York Marcea was adopted and raised as an only child by her Great-Uncle and Great-Aunt. Her parents, being born in the 1930's, instilled traditional values like integrity and hard work while also teaching her to be compassionate, assertive, and a problem solver. As a result, Marcea always honors her commitment to facilitate the best possible experience and outcome for her clients in all aspects of their real estate endeavor. She prides herself on following her golden rule - “Do unto others as you would have them do unto your loved ones”.
Marcea is apart of several local and national organizations. Being the great-granddaughter of Mr. William A Morris who Founded the Staten Island Chapter of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) and has a Public School (I.S.61 on Staten Island) named after him, Marcea is proud to be a NAACP Member.
